Savannah—Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm. This quarterly workshop is the perfect opportunity to strengthen and gain a deeper understanding of the parent & baby bond. Parents are not distracted by the outside world and can focus on their little one’s intentions, needs and desires while enjoying the benefits of yoga themselves. Babies thrive with postures designed to make them feel love, trust and the joy of stretching and releasing, in addition to practical help with sleeping longer, digesting better and stimulating their curiosity.
In this workshop, Ann teaches simple yoga moves that parents can bring home to soothe their babies as well as giving parents the chance to experience the calm breathing and stretching of yoga. “I love teaching the Baby & Me workshop!” says Carroll, “When parents do yoga with their little ones, they reinforce the bond between them. After all, the meaning of the word yoga is ‘to unite’.”
