These grants are meant to help support, sponsor and promote music programs and musical education in the greater Savannah area. Over the past year, Savannah Friends of Music gave $71,000 in grants. (SAVANNAH, GA) The public can now enjoy a cooking class and help raise funds for the Park Place Outreach Youth Emergency Shelter. One of Pink House’s expert chefs will conduct the culinary course from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 14. The session will be held for residents of Park Place Outreach, but is also open to guests who want to support the shelter.
