(SAVANNAH, Ga.) – January 30, 2015 – Terry Beaudreault has joined Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty as a sales associate.
Bringing a wealth of corporate experience, Beaudreault excels at understanding what buyers want, accurate pricing, handling negotiations, listening, and paying attention to details, as well as understanding financials.
“The key to my success has always been listening to the customers’ needs and wants and delivering products that developed a lasting relationship with the customer,” said Beaudreault. “It first comes from learning the market and trends and delivering a product that the customer loves.”
“I always think of what I can do better, how I can make it better,” said Beaudreault, who brings more than 36 years of retail experience in planning, selling and buying for customers from the East Coast to the West Coast. “I listen carefully, always follow through, and have great negotiating skills.”
Prior to her real estate career, Beaudreault worked at JCPenney corporate headquarters for more than 20 years as Director of Planning and Allocation for women’s sportswear. Working hand-in-hand with marketing, systems, finance and buyers, she developed forecasts and sales systems. She designed sales and profit plans for more than 1100 stores nationwide as well as internet sales.
Prior to her work at JCPenney corporate headquarters, she was Financial Director to two CEOs, a store manager, a buyer and a recruiter. She won several awards for leadership and achieving goals for teams.
Beaudreault moved to Savannah four years ago with her husband, Ray, after falling in love with the city more than a decade before. They love exploring all the neighborhoods in Savannah.
Beaudreault served on the New Neighbors board at The Landings and is active with several groups and organizations. She enjoys golfing, biking, walking, bocce, tennis, working out and going to the beach.
